Finding Your Way During the 2012 Suzuki Cup

As I was reading articles about the upcoming 2012 Suzuki Cup and the Philippine Azkals’s preparation for the tournament, I saw that there are two countries co-hosting the tournament. Before, I thought it was just Thailand but I read that they are co-hosting the competition with Malaysia.

Having two countries host such a tournament is nothing new as the last EURO 2012 was also hosted by two countries. But finding the location of the stadiums may be difficult at first and you might need a gps locator to help you. If you plan to watch all the matches of your favorite country, make sure to know the schedules and locations of the matches so you won’t get lost during the tournament.

What Would be the Theme for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012?

In the last UEFA European Championship tournament (EURO 2012) where Spain came out as champions, the theme was flower power. It makes me curious about what the theme for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 in Thailand would be. With flowery presentations in the EURO 2012 I am wondering what programs the hosts would come up with aside from the usual dance, music assisted by musical instruments and some uhf 5805 mics.

With Philippines being grouped in the group of death, the Azkals leadership is confident that they will compete as champions. Personally, I think Vietnam and Thailand will take the Azkals seriously this year and maybe even think that it is them that are in the group of death with the current improvements of the Philippine football team.

Cheering and Music in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 in November

The Philippines is grouped with Vietnam and Thailand in the upcoming AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 in November and how will the Philippine Azkals prepare for this? According to a Tweet from the camp of the Azkals, “Training sched for PHI in prep for Suzuki Cup: camps in the US, Gulf region; Nehru Cup, "Long Teng" Cup & a friendly in Nov.”

AFF Suzuki Cup2012 Draw Pits Philippine Azkals Against ASEAN Powerhouses

The AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 draw is done and the national football team of the Philippines (Azkals) is grouped with two powerhouse teams – host, Thailand and Vietnam whom they beat in the last Suzuki Cup. This is a chance for the Philippines to show the major improvements they have had as a team and Dan Palami said, “We’re not coming in as a surprise team anymore. We’re coming in as one of the favourites.”

This is a great time to support Philippine Azkals in the 2012 Suzuki Cup in Thailand because they will be there to not just participate but be champions, added by Dan Palami. So, with some fortune, do your best to be able to go to Thailand with the whole family and look for the safest infant seats you can find as you travel. It’s time for the Philippines to shine!
