Losing Weight for Summer

Summer youth camp for this year is fast approaching and I need to start losing weight. Add the fact that we will be going to the beach after camp so I really need to get back into shape and tone muscles in my body or better yet trim the fats. I have been reading up on hydroxycut reviews and I am almost convinced to use supplements like that but still prefer trying out old school methods like jogging and other routines I used to do when I was still playing football.
