Maintaining Pyhsical and Mental Alertness

Adding Aikido into my hobbies and exercise has been fruitful. It is not as physically challenging as playing competitive football but I see it as fun and as useful as football. Plus, it also helps me maintain physical fitness and beats having to use the best diet pills. It makes me mentally and physically alert and teaches me to not keep on using brute force.
