The Advantage of Being Physically Fit

If you are in good physical condition and can sprint for a long time that will give you an advantage even if you are not very very skilled in football. You have got to have some skill but just enough about controlling and directing the ball to where you want it to go. If you are physically well conditioned you can run tanzanite rings around the opposing team and if you have good passers you can play long balls and your condition can help you get into position before the opponents do.
