A Teammate Prone to Fractures

I had a football club team member who got injured last season. He was physically fit, and on of the most match fit among my team mates. But his bones were not that strong because he often had fractures even back when he was a child.

I think it would have helped if he had consulted a professional who could have advised him about his bone’s condition. Maybe he could have received advise like taking calcium supplements or eating the right kind of foods to help strengthen his bones. Now, he is still injured and still not able to play football.
