Body Weight and Body Mass Index

Being aware of your body weight and body mass index (BMI), a statistical measure which compares a person's weight and height, can help you see how you are doing physically. It does not, in any way, show or measure actual body fat or stamina but it is, a lot of times, proportional to how fit you are. In your exercises check weighing scales and start becoming aware of your body weight and BMI.
