The Athlete's Discipline

Being an athlete requires a lot of discipline. There are habits that they need to give up, especially the serious ones. Drinking, cigarette smoking or not getting enough sleep are just some of the things that need to be stopped. Some athletes replace the habits with alternative things like e-cigarettes. For drinking, others schedule lesser parties and time with drinking buddies. This is important for athletes especially the professionals.
