Keep From Being the One to Be Replaced

Any football squad would want to flush out a bad player and have him replaced with a better, more sharp counterpart. It is like having personal colon cleanse to relive yourself of any hindrances and pains. This is what many coaches and club managers continue to deal with – improving the quality of team play and eventually the win rate of the team. That’s why as a football player, one should always prevent himself from being the one to be replaced.
