Do You Have Proper Conditioning and Training?

For football players and even for other athletes in other physically challenging sports, having the right weight and fitness is essential. Soccer players who are about to retire are trying their best to get into their national teams for the 2010 World Cup. They try to maintain match fitness and maintain the right weight to still be powerful but agile at the same time.

Even for boxing, like this coming Pacquiao-Cotto match (see previous post for live video streaming information), the two boxers are working hard to make it to 145lb. Without using any slimming pills, they worked hard to get their weight down and hopefully not lose any power and strength as they fight at that weight.

So, it is very important to have proper conditioning and training as athletes. Do you have proper training?
