Just a few days ago, history was made and the latest world transfer record was broken as Real Madrid, under the leadership of Florentino Perez, signed Brazilian Kaka for a record breaking £56. This amount surpassed the previous world record fee in Sterling Pounds of £45.6 which the same team paid in 2001 for Zinedine Zidane.
And surprisingly today, Manchester United accepted another world transfer record-smashing £80 bid from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo. You can read the story here if you haven't read it yet.
