A Message to Coaches

Coaching a football team is not easy. One of the things that a coach must have beside experience and skill in playing soccer is leadership. He must be like an IT expert that used cisco to network certain units of computers – linking his team members together and helping each member achieve his greatest potential and giving him a role to play in the team. So for all coaches out there, keep up the good work and may you continue to make yourself and your team improve.

Ballack Out For Three Weeks

Michael Ballack, midfielder of Chelsea FC, is out for three weeks after having surgery on both feet to remove thickened nerve tissue. The German suffered pain after Germany's 1-0 win against Wales in a World Cup qualifier on Wednesday. The German Football Federation said in a statement: "A scan Thursday confirmed the presence of neuroma. After consultations with his club doctor, manager and coach, it was decided to have immediate surgery."

The big question is how will this affect Chelsea and Germany? Let's hope that their team has a deep support as the midfielder will be out for a while.

Although, much time is spent on training, football and soccer clubs do spend time off so their players can get relaxation time. Update On England's World Cup 2010 Qualifiers

John Terry, the captain of the English national football team remains a major doubt for Saturday's World Cup 2010 qualifier against Kazakhstan after failing to complete training on Wednesday. Although playing some part in the session is an improvement after Terry sat out the whole of Tuesday, his back injury will continue to be monitored.

The England captain suffered a recurrence of the back injury in Chelsea's Champions League tie against CFR Cluj last week, and required more treatment in their Premiership match against Aston Villa last Sunday. Reports suggest the 27-year-old will not be fit in time for the match versus Kazakhstan and could struggle to recover in time for next Wednesday's match against Belarus in Minsk.

The move by Manchester United management to acquire Dimitar Berbatov has really upgraded the club in terms of depth and skill in it forefront. This move is likened to a memory upgrade in a computer and has made the Red Devils a faster and more potent team to beat. This could deliver the Red Devils goal to get back-to-back championships and even with their unimpressive start in the Premier League, their latest games have shown the potential that their club has for this season.

Sports: An Aid in Rehabilitation

A good additional aid in drug rehabilitation is sports and the sport that I recommend is football or soccer. This sport can really get anyone engaged whether that persons get involves as part of the audience watching the game or a participant playing the game itself. It is a good outlet for those under stress and is very challenging physically and mentally.
