As most people around the world temporarily shift their focus from football and soccer to different sports such as athletics, gymnastics, basketball, archery, swimming, track and field events and many other sports because of the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics, athletes representing their countries are preparing themselves for their moment in the Olympics.
Many of them, during their physical and mental preparations, train with sports drinks. There are athletes who train with sugar-water sport drinks, focusing on hydration, but there are those who train with
