Liverpool 4-2 Arsenal, Second Leg

Liverpool entered the Champions League semi-finals after giving Arsenal a disappointing end in their campaign in the second leg (aggregate 3-5). Although Abou Diaby put the Gunners ahead in the 13th minute, Liverpool's Sami Hyypia and Fernando Torres quickly reversed the lead. Emmanuel Adebayor scored after a great run by Theo Walcott for another deadlock but a successful penalty kick from Steven Gerrard put Liverpool back in the lead. At two minutes into extra time, Ryan Babel completed the 4-2 victory.

Poor Arse. I thought they had a raw deal. Wonderful goal from Torres of course. And Walcott's run - that man is a star of the future mark my words
